Enjoy a chilling experience at this newly renovated space in Quezon City. This is a 22 sqm condo unit perfectly designed with flexibility to become 1 BedRoom with door lock to give you privacy or can be left as spacious Studio Unit. It has an accordion partition to suit your mood taste of either a bedroom or studio. Each piece of furniture and decors are thoughtfully chosen to create an Instagramable, minimalist visual that is cozy and elegant.

Please note that the building is still at its final stage of completion and some units are undergoing renovation and hallways will be a little messy. There is waiting time for the elevator as well. Pool might not be always available and reservations is a must.
