Very spacious apartment(~25.02 sq m) in the center of the coolest area of Cebu City, modern, minimalist furniture, very open, & very clean. The panoramic view of the city and the mountains can take your breath away. Come & enjoy a truly Cebu City experience w/ this outstanding apartment. Keycard Access and guests can self-check-in anytime. Walking distance to business districts like Cebu Business Center, Cebu IT Park, Ayala Mall, and Waterfront Hotel & Casino Cebu. Friendly building and very safe neighborhood. 24-hour security.
