Please note the following important details before your arrival: ♦ We kindly ask for the names of all guests and a screenshot of their IDs for pre-registration with building management at least 2 days before your arrival. Failure to provide these details may result in entry denial to the premises, as security won't be able to verify your entry. ♦ Please bring the same identification documents provided during check-in for verification purposes. ♦ Inform us of your preferred check-in time at least one day in advance for a seamless arrival experience. ♦ Room allocation is based on the number of guests booked, ensuring a comfortable stay for both small and large families. For example, for 4 to 5 guests, only one room with 2 beds will be provided. For 6 to 10 guests, two rooms with 4 beds will be available, and for 10 to 12 guests, all 3 rooms will be accessible. ♦ Kindly observe a maximum limit of 4 persons swimming at a time in the pool. If you're in a larger group, please take turns to avoid overcrowding. There's a nominal fee of P200 for kids and P250 per adult for pool usage beyond the limit. ♦ The swimming pool and clubhouse are conveniently located just a 5-7 minute walk from home. Additionally, you can easily request an e-bike for added convenience in reaching these facilities. ♦ Please note that while some locals and residents may occasionally swim in the nearby sea, we haven't personally attempted it, so I can't offer advice on the matter. ♦ Only REGISTERED guests are allowed inside the unit; NO VISITORS are permitted. Violation may result in charges and penalties. ♦ Parties are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. ♦ Kindly refrain from cooking fish, dried fish, or any strong-smelling food in the unit.
