It is just a few minutes away by motor bike to top attractions, including the famous Cloud 9 surfing spot and popular restaurants, bars, and vibrant nightlife, all within 5 minutes by motor bike. Privacy is paramount in our space. Kabayod Place is a newly built accommodation with a mix of native and concrete materials, it offers four (4) villas, each Villa has 2 rooms with access to give complete privacy, each room has its own toilet and bathroom, and each room has its own balcony where you can relax taking coffee while sunrise greeted you. Each of our rooms has a window-type Aircon and is designed to accommodate two guests comfortably, featuring a comfy Queen-size bed, side table, working table, and clothes rack, with a chill vibe room design and a balcony. There is also a reception area where your breakfast is served. Breakfast is free with free flow coffee. For guests opted to prepare meals by themselves a Common kitchen where you can prepare meals is available, barbecue pit is also available. Each Villa has a white sand pathway and a garden. I am the owner of the Villa. I am an Engineer and work as an OFW. I love to travel and safety is my top priority. Caretakers will meet guest upon check in. For a stress-free check-in, we recommend getting organised transportation from and through Sayak airport by a tourist van - we are happy to arrange this for you as our villa can be a little tricky to find when coming for the first time! The Tourist Van fare is 350 pesos per person. We are happy to welcome you after 2 pm - if you require an earlier check-in time, please feel free to let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Kabayod Place, is fully fenced property with gated entrance made of bamboo. It is located at Pob.5 General Luna,Siargao. It is just a few minutes away by motor bike to top attractions, including the famous Cloud 9 surfing spot and popular restaurants, bars, and vibrant nightlife, all within 5 minutes by motor bike. Please note, that the road leading to the villa is unpaved and a bit bumpy (and muddy during rainy season) part of island life, and sadly beyond our control. There is a shower area outside the Villa where you can refresh and clean yourself from your island adventure.
