I always love take care my guests whatever gender they are, I am very social person & very kind to others people who need my advice. open minded person and love talking about business and trades.

Every apartments have their own unique style and function, The penhouse roof deck have garden on top of the flat and you can view the mountain. All apartment ensuite kitchen, bathroom, dinning, and many more. 2.5km away from Sm baguio city, very quite place to stay and you can fell the coldness. The good one are every apartments have a your own kitchen, fridge, cooking utensils, parking but 1st come first serve, CCTV all around for your safety, & a police station just in the corner, 24hours barangay officials are always walking in the street. 24 hours Taxi around but if you like to save money you can use jeepneys. There are so many stores around and supermarket , Pub or bar just above the main road. I do hope you will enjoy your stay with my properties.

most of the people neighbourhood are friendly, very private area and secure to all. We have 24/7 barangay police.
