8 Newtown is a high-end condominium developed by Megaworld Corporation. It has a 61sqm infinity pool with kiddie pool. Free access also to the Mactan Newtown beach.
I am a licensed Real Estate Broker and accounting in profession. I have managed property units here in Mactan Newtown with more or less 20 condo units.
Mactan Newtown is nearby Shangri-la, Jpark and resorts. It has a supermarket like supermetro and robinsons where you can buy your groceries and food stuffs. Has coffee shops, starbucks, civet, also japanese and korean restaurants.
