The Neighborhood The unit is located in Newport Boulevard, Pasay city, 5-10 minutes away from the airport NAIA 3 Its in the heart of resort in Manila which a great place for tourist destination encompasses casinos, hotels, restaurants, malls, theaters and cinemas. Convenience stores, coffee shops, a church and other essential establishments within the general area. Across the condominium are 24/7 mc donalds and 24/7 convenience store "bonjour" serving breakfast (rice meals, pasta, sandwiches, fresh salads, coffee, tea, etc) One block you will find a convenience store "family Mart" serving rice meals, sandwiches, fresh salads, coffee, tea, juice etc. Beside the "Family Mart" yellow cab (pizza, pasta, chicken, salad) @ 1030am Gerry's grill serving Filipino food, and beer @ 1030am Serenitea serving different kind of tea opens @ 1030am Also a block away the condo is a chain of hotel serving food (Marriott hotel ; Belmont hotel ;Maxims ; Remington hotel) Getting Around The condominium building is accessible by public and private transportation, especially a jeepney, taxi or car. 5-10 minutes away from NAIA Terminal 3.
