Our house has 6 bedrooms, and 5 rooms are available for rent – either individually per day or as the entire house for a more exclusive stay. The property offers clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms, along with shared common areas where you can relax after exploring the beauty of southern Cebu. We are located in Basdiot, a quiet and safe barangay, just 5 minutes by tricycle or car to Panagsama Beach – home to the world-famous sardine run, sea turtle encounters, and island-hopping trips to Pescador Island, one of the top diving spots in the Philippines. Our house is also a great base for nearby attractions: Kawasan Falls – 35 mins away Oslob Whale Sharks – 2 hrs 20 mins away With easy access to beaches, dive shops, and local restaurants, our property is ideal for both adventure seekers and those who simply want to relax.
We are a Filipino couple based in the United States who visit the Philippines 2–3 times a year. While we are away, my sister lives in the house and personally assists guests to ensure a warm and welcoming stay. We love sharing Moalboal’s natural beauty with visitors and treat our guests like family. Whether you need help with transportation, tours, or local recommendations, we’ll make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. Our property is not a hotel – it’s a home away from home, where you can experience comfort, privacy, and genuine Filipino hospitality.
Our home is located in Basdiot, Moalboal, a peaceful neighborhood close to all major attractions. Panagsama Beach – 5 minutes away, famous for the sardine run and sea turtles. Pescador Island – a quick boat ride away, perfect for snorkeling or diving. Restaurants and nightlife – Panagsama is lined with cafes, bars, and restaurants offering local and international cuisines. Convenience – ATMs, supermarkets, and gear rentals are nearby. Moalboal is also the perfect jump-off point for exploring southern Cebu: Kawasan Falls (35 mins) – famous for canyoneering and turquoise pools. Osmeña Peak – a beautiful hike with panoramic views. Oslob (2 hrs 20 mins) – known for whale shark encounters. Our location offers the best mix of adventure and tranquility, making it ideal for all types of travelers.
