Property information

Park Avenue Guesthouse 2443 formerly called the Trinidad household was first built in the 1920's, which was originally located somewhere in Malate, Manila. Eventually, the Trinidad house was disassembled and was relocated here in Pasay City. The house was rebuilt piece by piece and is considered a historical house in this compound and one of the oldest houses in Manila.

Neighbourhood information

The Trinidad house was sold by its previous owners and is now being restored back to its traditional roots to be made as a perfect place to stay for people who prefer a peaceful neighborhood atmosphere. With its proximity from the airport at 6.6 kilometers and it is right in the middle of the busiest city of the Philippines. You can also enjoy the nearby must-see destinations on Manila right around the corner.
