This is a 1 bedroom unit for 6 pax located at Myna Building, Pico de Loro. Enjoy the stunning beach and the cool vibe of the country club with its infinity pool, kiddie pool, gym and other recreational activities such as bowling, badminton, basketball, etc. **NO need for ANTIGEN FOR fully vaccinated guests. ANTIGEN only if not fully vaxxed.* Guest fees are being charged by pico de loro for the use of amenities. The rates are: NOTE: Condo rental does not include the guest fee. Upon entry, there would be a guest fee to be paid at the club. It is a one-time payment no matter how long you'll stay. Fee includes free use of lockers, pool at pico club and beach. Fee varies depending on the season.
