My daughter May and I decided to rebuild and rent out our duplex located in a prime area in Bohol, Philippines. It features a pool and is situated in front of the river, transforming it into a luxurious guest house. Luxurious yet fairly priced. On April 12, 2024, we completed renovating the duplex from the ground up, prioritizing the guests' comfort. We instructed the designer to focus not on our preferences but on what the guests would appreciate, resulting in a modern, comfortable, and practical design. The place is equipped to ensure your utmost comfort. The house is fully equipped. The kitchen includes a coffee grinder, coffee machine, espresso machine, and a large fridge. There are two bedrooms with 42 inches TVs, full-size cabinets, and the best 10-inch mattresses on cozy beds. Additionally, there are two showers and bathrooms, and two river-view balconies. In the living room, you'll find a 75 inch TV with channels from ALL over the world (!), Netflix, and YouTube Premium. The library shelves hold around 100 books and magazines, plus an additional 30 books on cooking, baking, chocolate, and cocktails on the kitchen shelf. There's a washing machine in the laundry area, numerous board games for kids and adults in the living room, two bicycles available for free use, and a river just 20 meters from the property, completing the experience. On December 24, we finished building a BBQ area in our private yard 🧑🏾‍🍳 The property is about 1 km from Tagbilaran, a town with four malls, cafes, and various food chains. White Beach is approximately 3 km away, 10 minutes from the snorkel area. Alona Beach and the international airport are a 15-minute drive away, and Hinagdanan Cave is just a 10-minute drive. We can offer you massage treatments, babysitting services, three motorcycles, car and 4 wheels e-bike for rent, and recommendations for places worth visiting. The place is in a small and pastoral complex with a guard, a gardener, and a pool cleaner.
