The unit is perfectly beautiful and well organized. The place has magnificent view. 5 minutes from Mactan Airport. Nearby the Markets and Big Malls. Currently noisy during the day (8:00 AM) and sometimes extends up to (9:00PM) due to on-going site development.
Welcome to Royal Oceancrest Mactan, a resort condo type with a roofdeck that has a magnificent 360 view of Lapu-lapu City.
The place is very ideal for long stays because it’s near the local supermarkets and small shops. Currently noisy during the day (8:00 AM) and sometimes extends up to (9:00PM) due to on-going site development.
