To Condo Area the Amenities it’s all Free and you can use whole day for how many Times until you Check Out.And to my Unit room it’s free Wifi of course,and Netflix is reloaded Card just only 300Peso for a couple of weeks and you can Watch a Movie anytime or how many times you want that’s Free no Worries. And all my Rooms is Split aircondition and the Bathroom is Hot Water but there’s no Bathtub.And it’s corner unit area so of course there’s a lot of windows every corner you can see all the Beauty Spot View specially at night time.You can see the mountains,Sea,Cruise passing by because you on the 5thflr it’s a middle rise condominium. And there’s a roofs top that’s the Laundry Area you see the Stars at night but it’s not allowed to drinks there’s. There’s a different building Unit you stay there and drink but you need ask a Permission to Guard because it dangerous you have Limit and rules to be follow. It’s really relaxing and quite place in San Remo Oasis Condominium in Cebu City Queen City of the South..

And walking distance to go to the Ocean and a Ocean Park too.There was a lot of Sea Foods Restaurant like LANTAW the famous Retaurant and a delicious food ever and a lot more.
The Ocean Park its a walking Distance at back of the Unit Building.If you want to Rent for a long Term and you have Kids to study in College, there’s a school in College just right when you go out side the Gate just only a 2minutes to walk Name is University of the Philippine College that the top No.1 school in the whole Philippine it’s a expensive but it’s worth it.And Catholic Church just only in the neighbor, SM SeaSide Mall the no.1 Largest of the whole Philippines and there’s a lot of Branded Shop,Souvenirs Shop,Different kind of restaurant,Laundry Shop.
