Situated in Davao City just across Abreeza Mall, Seda Abreeza features a fitness centre with floor-to-ceiling windows displaying views of its outdoor pool. It also offers complimentary Wi-Fi access. The property is a 20-minute drive from the Aldevinco Shopping Centre and the Davao International Airport. It is an hour away from the port where guests can take a boat to Samal Island’s beaches and diving spots. Rooms feature a flat-screen TV with cable channels, an iPod dock and a personal safe. Coffee/tea making amenities and a minibar are included. The en suite bathroom comes with toiletries and a hairdryer. Guests can use the computers at the lobby's E-Lounge, or make use of the meeting and function rooms available. Staff at the 24-hour reception can assist with luggage storage, laundry, in-room massage, and car rental services.
