SM Field Residences is perfectly situated along Dr. A. Santos Avenue, steps away from SM Sucat for dining, shopping, and entertainment right at your doorstep, just minutes away from the new LRT-1 Dr. A. Santos station for seamless travel and accessibility to Metro Manila. NAIA Terminals 1, 2, 3, and 4 are only 10 to 15 minutes away by car. Our apartment is fully furnished and is open to short or long-term stays and ideal for couples, small families, friends, and business travelers looking for a cozy home away from home.

Guests are requested to provide their full name(s) during booking and are also requested to present valid ID for identification upon check-in. Reminders 1. No pets of any kind is allowed within the complex. 2. Field Residences is a No-smoking complex, no smoking policy is observed in all common areas within the complex. 3. The swimming pool may be used by the authorized guest(s) provided they pay the corresponding fees of PHP 200 for kids and PHP 300 for Adults. 4. Pay parking is available inside the condo, but advance reservation is required for the slot. Overnight rate: PHP 350. 5. Visitors are not allowed inside the apartment unit (The building lobby is open for visitors). Amenities includes Clubhouse.
