Our place is in a secured and gated residential village and is close to Mactan beaches and diving areas and a shopping mall. You’ll love our house because it is designed with your comfort in mind. We put so much attention to details. We even provided hooks in the bedrooms where you can hang clothes you want to use again the next day. Our house is in a mediterranean inspired residential village and is a short walk to the village's amenities such as swimming pool, function rooms, basketball court, children's playground, convenience and coffee shops. It is a gallery of over 46 original oil and acrylic paintings by Cebuano artists Raul Agas and Antonio Ylanan. The house is fully furnished and fully air conditioned. The bedrooms are carpeted and air conditioned and fitted with hotel quality beds, duvet, bed linen, and soft pillows. The entire ground floor where the living, dining, and kitchen areas are located is also air conditioned. Enjoy the difference!

Bayswater Mactan is purely residential and is quiet and peaceful. It is guarded all the time. Mactan is famous for its history dating back to 1521. It is where the Mactan Cebu International Airport is located. Mactan famous beaches and diving shops are within 3 km distance from the property. There are restaurants about 3 mins ride away by tricycle. Gaisano Fiesta shopping mall is about 2 km away. Getting around There are a lot of taxi cabs at the airport which you can hire to get to the property. The best and economical way to reach the house if you are in a big group is to hire a van (we offer airport transfers and trips with our brand new Nissan Urvan Premium and Toyota Hi Ace Grandia.) Beaches and the shopping mall can be reached by tricycles.
