My condo is located at SMDC WIND RESIDENCES AT TOWER 4. UNIT 2016 20TH FLOOR ,TAGAYTAY. Check in time between 1 pm to 5 pm Check out time is at 11 am. Late checking in available only from 5 pm to 10 pm. We dont accept late check in after 10 pm as we.live in Manila and we dont have a drive to drive us there. Please note there will be charge extra fee of P500 for late check in after 5.pm. Please read.before booking. There is a security deposit of P1000 upon check in after you check out and we check everything at the unit we will refund you back the P1000. Please also note that pet are not allowed in the unit. Its a brand new unit with a very reasonable price ,it had one bedroom with a living room and it good for 3 people max we also have a sofa bed which could fit 1 extra person. You are welcome to use our oven, electric kettle, Spoons, forks, plates drinking glass utilities are provides. We do have a hot & cold water heater for shower incase of cold weather. Cooking amenties: 2 Free water bottles Utentiles Oven Electric kettle Rice cooker Refrigerator Iron with stand Wifi TV 32 inch Towels Hot & cold water shower Split aircond 1 hps
Andrew’s home is located in Gen Trias philippines. The property is strategically-placed to be away from noise. Therefore, it is quiet enough for couples and families to enjoy the peaceful nature of Tagaytay. You could visit the sky range, picking grove, horse back riding and lit more fun out there. I hope you will enjoy your stay at our place.
Everything is a car drive away since it can be found along Gen. Emilio Aguinaldo Highway. You will find specialty cafes, restaurants, and malls along that are worth the visit. It’s just a few minutes away from Skyranch where you can find the Tagaytay eye, amusement rides, and well-loved restaurants.
