My life has been shaped by countless journeys – for many years I have travelled the world, often living in hotels and apartments, and even spending several years aboard a transatlantic ship sailing around the globe. If you enjoy the city, you can reach the unique Manufaktura complex in about 7 minutes and Piotrkowska Street in around 10 minutes. The northern part of Łódź is also very convenient for travellers — it takes only a few minutes to reach the main motorways A1, S14, A2 or S8 from the Apartment. One of the best aquatic attractions in Poland, Aquapark Fala, is just 10 minutes away — we especially recommend the excellent sauna area, perfect for spending the whole day! Prefer nature? Bałuty is the greenest district of Łódź. Only 5 minutes separate the Apartment from the border of Łagiewnicki Forest — the largest municipal forest in Poland, offering 1200 hectares of greenery ideal for recreation, walks and sports. In its centre lies Arturówek, a wonderful place for family time. Did you know that Łagiewnicki Forest is more than three times bigger than Central Park in NYC? Even closer is the beautiful Łagiewnicki Park — simply cross Julianowska Street and walk 500 metres through a quiet villa district. It’s worth leaving the car and enjoying a walk. Looking for a cultural evening? The Philharmonic, Opera, Musical Theatre and cinemas are nearby, as well as major festival events and concerts held on the open fields or at Atlas Arena.
