The apartment is located in a beautiful 120-year-old tenement house in the city center.
The property has an ideal location in a very safe area with city cameras that cover the tenement house and the entire parking lot 🅿️ along Lubelska Street.
Within 100 meters there are a number of restaurants where you can taste many culinary cultures.

Gęsie Sprawki - a great restaurant with an amazing atmosphere, beautiful brick decor, and top-level cuisine, where the revolutionary was carried out by Ms. Magda Gessler. The restaurant menu is in each of our apartments, the guest can order a full menu to the apartment. 😁

The tenement house has a beautiful history, it was designed and built as the first Hotel in Chełm.

The staircase itself makes a huge impression, where fully metal stairs, colorful shop windows, and beautiful photos of old Chełm have been preserved to this day.
