A refundable deposit is required for stays between December 31, 2025 and January 1, 2026. The deposit is collected to cover potential damages or parties. It will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, provided no issues are found. Guests can make use of all the amenities available in the apartment, both coffee, tea, etc. prepared for them, as well as the equipment of the apartment. We provide fresh bed linen and towels in hotel standard. The standard equipment includes a fully equipped kitchen, iron with ironing board, hairdryer. Thanks to the contactless self-check-in procedure, we can welcome you in a safe and comfortable way, guaranteeing the comfort of check-in 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
