The apartment is newly built (2019) with in the city center on the 4th floor with an amazing view over the bay. It's a two rooms apartment on 52m2 with everything you need for a great vacation :) When you enter the place you are welcomed by a modern / fashionable decoration in a scandinavian style with light colors and a warm "wooden floor". IMPORTANT - the building is new and there are other apartments around that are renovated during the day causing noise - (some drilling and such...) THE APARTMENT: The apartment in the first building next to the water with an amazing view over the bay - a great way to enjoy your evenings is having something cool to drink on the balcony and enjoying this view. The apartment is decorated in a modern way with light colors and equipped with high standards - it's fully equipped for a family to stay for vacation. You will have access to the entire apartment - 1 living room * has a bed-sofa that is 1.2m wide when that can comfortably fit one adult or two children. - 1 bedroom - 1 toilet - 1 kitchen that is connected to the living room, fully equipped with latest equipment. - 1 balcony on 4m2

It's a nice neighborhood in the city center next to several coffer places, restaurants and boutiques - next to the bay and still just 15 minutes walk to the main beach promenade. Buses go from many places around the city :) and if you would like to go on a boat trip, some of them start just outside the building on the docks. Next to the building you can find: * Restaurant with pasties (piroger) * Cafee serving coffe and pancakes * Around the corner of the building (to the left from the main street) you will find a restaurant for an evening meal.
