Property information

Half of a large holiday home in the heart of Kashubian Switzerland. An ideal place for family holidays, special occasions, events, and holidays. There are no limits to entertainment, music volume, or movies on the home cinema. The owner, who lives in the other half of the house, is very flexible and imposes no such restrictions. This holiday home sits on a large, private, fenced property (including a picturesque pond), which is shared with the host. Guests have access to half of the house (150 m²) on three floors. On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a 100-inch projector TV with Chromecast, and a home cinema system. On the same floor, there is also a dining room with a large table, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. On the second floor, there are three more bedrooms and a second bathroom with a shower. There is also a furnished attic, where one large bedroom for four people awaits. The house has a spacious terrace (up to 50 m², a hammock, a large table, a swing, and deck chairs). Central heating is provided. Wireless internet is available. The garden offers plenty of space for sunbathing and all sorts of outdoor games and activities. There's a fireplace, a barbecue, a fire pit, and secure parking. The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity, water, gas, heating, dogs allowed (maximum 2), internet, parking, and final cleaning. A cot and highchair are available upon request. The holiday home is adjacent to the biggest attraction not only of Szymbark but also of the entire region ? the Center for Education and Promotion of the Region. Here, you can visit and see: the Upside-Down House, the Siberian Exile's House, the Polish Manor House, the Kashubian Cottage, a reconstruction of a Siberian labor camp, a bunker, a ropes course, and the world's largest piano. The area is rich in pristine lakes, forests, and rivers. Gda?sk is approximately a 30-minute drive away.
