Tenement house no. 3 is located in the western frontage of the Market Square. The tenement house dates back to the 13th century, and during the war it was only slightly damaged, and its structure, roof and facade have been preserved. In the two-story basement of the building, 13th-century elements have been preserved - stone supports of the ceiling, which was originally wooden. Entrance to the cellar is possible after prior notification to the owner of the facility. The doors are carved, from the 18th century. The interior of the tenement houses and the staircase were rebuilt and renovated in 1956, so unfortunately they lost their historic character. The apartment overlooks the main plate of the Market Square and the fountain. The property has a separate kitchen, living room, bathroom and hall with wardrobes. There are two sleeping places in the living room, they are not separated from each other: a bedroom bed with a 140 cm wide mattress (and a set of bedding, a quilt 200 x 200 cm, two pillows) and a corner sofa bed with a sleeping area of ​​223 x 155 cm (with a set of bedding, duvet 200 x 200 cm, two pillows). In addition, the facility has a fold-out travel cot measuring 120 x 60 cm, for a child up to about 4 years old (with a set of bedding, a duvet for a child 120 x 60 cm and a pillow).

In the vicinity of the facility, in the very Market Square, everyone will find something for themselves - there are numerous cafes and pubs - for lovers of craft beer, we recommend Browar 100 Mostów at ul. Świdnicka 4, where you can drink craft beer brewed in Wrocław based on unique recipes and traditional techniques. It is a unique place on the map of the capital of craft beer. In addition, in the Market Square, it is worth visiting the City Museum of Wrocław in the Town Hall, the Pan Tadeusz Museum (Rynek 6).
