”Summer-house your second home” was opened in July 2020. We invite you all year round to Summer-house, which can become your second home. It is located in the buffer zone of a forest and is only 5 minutes walk from the beach in Pobierowo. You will always be able to find the needed rest and tranquility in the house. Summer House consists of 5 independent all-year-round 2-level terraced houses with an area of about 75 m2 (+ 25m2 wooden balcony), located away from the hustle and bustle, in a quiet and peaceful area. Each house is just begging you to put up a wooden terrace separated by pergolas and thujas, with an additional adjacent green area divided by thujas, that meets all the conditions required for an intimate rest. The segments are located on the outskirts of the town of Pobierowo and border with the forest line.
There are numerous attractions in the area: hiking paths leading through the forest, cycling routes, bike and scooter rentals, but also numerous objects worth visiting, e.g. the house of Ewa Braun in Pobierowo, the retaining wall of the church in Trzęsacz, the lighthouse in Niechorze, the narrow-gauge railway or the Romanesque-Gothic cathedral in Kamień Pomorski. For lovers of active leisure: The Eastern Connecting Route marked in black difficulty level, is 4.2 km long and runs through the towns of Rewal and Niechorze. The track is mostly on a mixed surface. Usually it means either asphalt or gravel. The Forest Duct Trail, marked in yellow difficulty level, leads along a mixed surface (gravel, asphalt, paving stones, concrete slabs) and is a 6.6 kilometer route along Pogorzelica. The Green Trail of the Lake Liwia Łuża is an 8.8-kilometer route on gravel, asphalt and paving surfaces, leading through the picturesque areas around the lake, that starts and ends in Niechorze.
