Welcome to our comfortable apartments in the heart of Warsaw, right by Rondo ONZ. We offer two types of apartments: for max 6 guests and for max 8 guests – an ideal choice for families, groups of friends, or business travelers. Our 48 m² apartments are designed with comfort in mind, allowing you to feel at home regardless of the length of your stay. They are located in a well-maintained residential complex, and their interiors provide a calm and cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day full of experiences. All our apartments are situated within the same complex, across four neighboring buildings, ensuring a consistent standard and excellent location for all our guests. In the apartments, you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay: •Bedrooms: three separate rooms providing privacy and comfort even for larger groups. •Kitchen: fully equipped with a large fridge, kettle, and a complete set of pots, dishes, and cutlery – perfect for preparing your own meals. •Bathroom(s): with a shower; depending on the apartment type – 1 bathroom for the 6-person apartment, 2 bathrooms for the 8-person apartment. •Multimedia: high-speed Wi-Fi and TV, ideal for remote work and relaxation. •Additional equipment: iron, ironing board, hairdryer. •Basic amenities: fresh bed linen, towels, soap, and toilet paper. House rules and practical information: •Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited in the apartments. •A security deposit of 1,000 PLN is required to cover potential damages. Payment can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or BLIK. The deposit will be refunded within 3–5 days after check-out, once the apartment has been inspected, using the same payment method. For returning guests we trust, the deposit requirement may be waived.
