Guests have exclusive use of the entire house, featuring a private sauna, a fully equipped kitchen connected to the living room, a 58" TV, two bathrooms with showers, and three cozy bedrooms. All sleeping areas offer scenic views. Bedroom #1: two beds, 160 cm Bedroom #2: two beds, 160 cm and 120 cm Bedroom #3: one bed, 120 cm The living room includes a large pull-out sofa that comfortably accommodates two additional guests, offering a total of 12 sleeping places. There is also a fire pit area, a gas grill, a garden hot tub, two panoramic balconies, and a spacious terrace fully furnished for relaxation. The complex provides parking for several cars. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. Use of the sauna is unlimited and included in the rental price. The garden hot tub is available for an additional fee, with bathrobes provided. Both amenities are for exclusive use. *The building consists of two semi-detached houses: one is available for rent, while the other is currently under renovation.
