OUR POOL IS OPEN!  Brisa Marina is a 3rd floor, beautifully renovated, 1 bedroom w/ balcony apartment facing the ocean.  Beautiful view and breeze.  The apartment on Condado Beach is in the secure gated condominium of Condado del Mar.  Located on the third floor, our crisp and bright serviced 1 bedroom apartment provides sleeping for 2 in a King bed and 1 full bathroom with shower.  The kitchen includes refrigerator, 4 burner range with oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, glassware and silverware. All linens, pillows, towels, bathroom amenities, iron/ironing board and hairdryer are provided.  A washer an dryer is conveniently located on the closet.  We also provide linen and towel change every 3 days during your stay.  Beach towels and beach chairs will be waiting for you!  The living room and bedroom have streaming TV for those nights when you just want to stay in and watch Netflix or Prime after a beautiful day at the pool or the beach. All spaces are air conditioned and have WIFI. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment as well.  This beautiful apartment is in a SUPER location in the heart of Condado. You'll be able to walk to La Conch
