We are a family of 4, Elizabeth, my wife, 10 year old daughter and an 5 year old son. We love to go to the beach to swim, spend our children's energy(very important) and just to absorb nature's beauty. We also have a 27 foot walkaround cuddy cabin boat that we take out on some weekends. We also like to travel and when possible stay at short term rental properties, due to the like-home amenities and benefits. My wife is a psychologist and enjoys watching "reality-TV" shows to figure out why each participant acts the way they do(my opinion). I am a tech oriented person and I am always reading about new technologies and science. We listen to all sorts of music genres so we never get bored of the same tunes. Very peaceful neighborhood, but if you are more into crowds, there are plenty of areas along the beach to see and be seen. - 5 minute drive to restaurants, local food kiosks, outdoor activities, walgreens, gas station, fast food, supermarkets, etc - Easy access to Los Kioskos de Luquillo. - 10 minutes to El Yunque rainforest. - 15 minutes to Fajardo's beaches, marinas, catamaran excursions. - 30 to 40 minutes from Old San Juan
