Each room is cozy, spacious, and practical. Everything is brand new and well designed. The kitchen is amazing if one enjoys cooking. The master bedroom is super cozy. The library carries some weight and the deck areas are next level. The property itself is incredible. It has a security gate, fully fenced, and nestled against the jungle but just up the hill from the beach with unobstructed views... It's quiet, it's pretty, It's all yours... It's also well landscaped, boasts a functional vegetable garden, the container homes are surrounded by 50yr old trees and has top-notch ocean views. The nearest neighbor is 80yrds away and there is no one else. Quite hard to beat at the end of the day. Another great sale point is the path across the street that takes you to the famous Black Sand Beach (Playa Negra). It can be done in sandals and a backpack cooler. One beer from door to shore. Something definitely to take advantage of. Also, just to the left of the property 300yrds away is Playa Negra Fine Foods and the primary entrance to Black Sand Beach (Playa Negra). Playa Negra Fine Foods has probably the best Churasco Sandwich on this planet. Now, just a bit further from Playa Negra is Robin's Mojito Shack and a convenience store. Robin's is a bit of an institution on this island. Our one and only mojito shack. And... just beyond that is Esperanza. That's where much of the bar and restaurant action is at, including the bioluminescent bay tours, and most everything else. It's just down the road, max 5 minute drive. In the other direction we have a horse back riding tour---which goes through the jungle and on Black Sand Beach---and an ATV tour that goes into the mountains of Vieques... that's the other direction out of your accommodations. Then suddenly you arrive at Playa Grande... Which is probably one of the top 3 most picturesque beaches on the island. It's amazing for sunsets, natural photography, and a strong cocktail. Thats a 3min drive away.
