There are three seperate units on the property. Guests enjoy their own parking space and the property has an emergency generator that covers the essentials, a 100 gallon solar water heater, and a 600-gallon backup cistern. The units are newly remodeled with comfy linens, pillows, free full size washer and dryer access. Surfers will love the proximity to some of the world’s best surfing including Surfer’s Beach, Table Top, Backdoor, Survivor’s Beach, Wilderness, Ruins, Jobos, Middles, Gas Chambers, Bridges, School Yards, wishing well, the mix, pressure points, shacks and secret spot. Feel free to request a guided surf tour from David who knows all the spots on the island for parties of 1-3 surfers for an affordable price per person per day. You must have your own boards. I will provide surf racks. To visit locations farther than 35 miles away there will be a gas upcharge I also provide a 4x4 excursion during the winter months for a fee. I will take you on radical hikes to parts of the island you would never find on your own. The journey is comfortable for up to 3 passengers unless you want to squeeze in a fourth for free (up to you).

Ramey Base Residential area is located just outside of the military gates and my particular neighborhood is considered by many to be one of the safest and best situated locations on the island. Perched hundreds of feet above sea level the house was built to the highest of military standards for longevity and elemental resistance! In other words the property is located out of sunami reach and built to withstand the toughest of hurricanes. In my neighborhood you can walk around anytime day or night and feel safe. It is quiet and extremely convenient. We are 2 minutes from BQN airport and the noise is minimal at best. A grocery store, Casino, 2 bakeries, Banks, pharmacies, chiropractors, barbers and stylists, dozens of restaurants, surf shops are all within walking distance or less than a 2 minutes drive but you would never know it whilst walking through the neighborhood.
