Trash removal, dishes, appliance cleaning and deep cleaning or resetting/remodeling are guest expectations. This property is entirely usable by guests as it is an entire place booking, which includes the use of washer/dryer. The only locations that are off limits to guests are: the linen maintenance cupboard in the south-side of the bedroom and the cleaning storage with a folding door in the kitchen (these areas are labelled and locked). Parking is communal, but everyone is entitle to park. The neighborhood is safe and others in the building are well-mannered, friendly and always willing to help. Garbage removal is daily and located nearby as well as the water of the building is portable. For those of you who travel with luggage the building has 2 fully functional elevators.
