Remodeled in 2022: new paintins, new beds, Take the opportunity to be one of the first to rent this gem in Oura. Takes 6 people, extensible to 8 (sofa-bed), security deposit required. Spacious and colorful apartment in a private condo with a huge pool, close to famous "Strip", close to the beach (Oura, Aveiros, Alemães) and all the amazing nightlife, but still far enough so that you can sleep well and enjoy the beach next day. The apartment has private garage lot, private gardens and swimming pool for kids and for adults. amazing location: Pool at 150m walking distance of the apartment, inside the condo private walks. The Strip at 600m Beach at 500m ( easy downhill, good for exercise uphill)

Quiet to sleep but at walking (500m) distance to the vibest "Strip" in the Algarve. The place where everyone wants to be. You will be at walking distance of all the amenities The first Restaurants are as close as 50m: Portuguese, Indian, Chinese, Italian, steakhouse, greek, Japanese, mini-market at 150m. Uber Eats and Glovo work great for food delivery at this location. The small train that goes around Albufeira passes in main street of the apartment ( 50m) The Albufeira "Praia dos pescadores" downtown is at 1200m walking distance. So the location is: 600m to the "Praia dos Aveiros" beach, 1200m to "Praia dos Pescadores" and 600m to the "Strip". Perfect location to take the best out of the Algarve
