This small unit features a restaurant, snack-bar and an outdoor swimming pool. Agua Viva is 500 metres from the lively Oura Strip and 200 metres from Aveiros Beach. Each of the uniquely decorated rooms features air conditioning, satellite TV and a safety deposit box. The rooms include a small kitchenette or small area with an electric kettle, toaster and a refrigerator. For meal options, the Oura Strip has several restaurants, bars and cafés available. Albufeira’s Old Town area is a popular tourist destination, a few minutes’ walk from Pescadores Beach and featuring bars, restaurants and tourist-friendly shops. Renowned Falésia Beach is at a 14-minute drive. Faro International Airport is 35 km from the Agua Viva. Please be informed that check-ins after 11:00 PM will incur an additional cost of 20.00 EUR, to be paid in cash. We kindly request that you inform us of your arrival time in advance. If we do not have this information, you may have to wait for up to 1 hour for the responsible person. At check-in, we request a security deposit of a minimum of 200.00 EUR. This amount serves as a guarantee against possible room damage or violations of our policies during your stay. The security deposit can be provided in two ways: in cash or by credit card, according to your preference. If you require an invoice with a tax identification number, please request it at the time of booking. If this information is not received in a timely manner, the invoice will be issued as a Final Consumer without the possibility of alteration (in accordance with the current legislation).
