Inside, you’ll find vintage-inspired furnishings, rich wood textures, clean lines, and pops of retro colour that bring the spirit of the seventies to life, all balanced with the comfort and practicality of modern living. Every detail, from the lighting to the decor accents, has been thoughtfully chosen to create a sense of nostalgic sophistication. Whether you’re here for a relaxed seaside escape or simply to enjoy the timeless charm of classic design, the apartment offers an atmosphere that’s both cozy and effortlessly cool, a true blend of vintage soul and coastal tranquillity. The apartment has an area of 35 m² and a balcony with sea views on the 1st floor of a residential building. The apartment comprises a bedroom with a 1.6 x 2.0 m double bed, a bathroom, and a small living area with a sofa, dining table, and kitchenette. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV, and other amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay. Free parking on premises is subject to availability. If parking on premises is not available, there is a paid parking lot at 200 meters, and it is possible authorized street parking nearby. The building is in a residential complex, but there is potential traffic noise, particularly during the day and if the windows are open. We ask all guests to keep food well packaged to avoid attracting insects due to the island's climate. Construction work is underway to renovate nearby apartments, which may cause temporary noise during the day.

The property is in a residential area at the main touristic district of Funchal. Within 5-minutes’ walk there are several restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and attraction centres. It is 250 meters from Ponta Gorda swimming facility, 400 meters from Forum Madeira Shopping Centre and 900 meters from the Lido Swimming Complex via the Lido Promenade. The apartment has easy pedestrian access to seaside Lido Promenade, bus stops near the building and is easy to drive from and to the major roads.
