Located in a quiet area, 15 minutes from Torre da Medronheira or Olhos d'Água beaches, this two-story, 3-bedroom house is equipped to accommodate a family of up to 6 people, offering double beds in all three bedrooms, one of them a suite with private bathroom. It has ample outdoor space, with a barbeque and private parking, inside the villa, for 2 cars.

Just a 3-minute walk away is a supermarket, several restaurants, a pharmacy and shops. The city center (Old Town) is 5km away and the nightlife of Oura (The Strip) is 3km away. The famous Belharucas Beach is 2km away and Falésia Beach, in Açoteias, is 4km away. The town center and Praia dos Olhos de Água are just a 15-minute walk away, leading directly to Rua dos Pescadores where you will find, in addition to the beautiful beach, typical restaurants such as Taberna Forja, Caixote or La Cigale. Despite being close to the center of the village of Olhos de Água and the restaurants, shops and supermarkets, with the beaches just over 15 minutes away on foot, we recommend that you rent a car or scooter if you want to get to know this city and this region a little better, and what it has to offer in terms of landscape, gastronomy and culture.
