In the property's surroundings you have some facilities without needing to use a car. You just have to cross the road, walk for 150 meters and you will find a nice coffee and a bakery. The laundry shop it´s also in 200m distance. About 250 meters away you have access to a fully equipped gym. At a 350 meters distance, you will face one of the most beautiful buildings on the island, the well-known art center "Casa das Mudas" which won an international award of architecture, this building its all covered by lava stone bricks. The village center (1.5km distance) has several shops, a supermarket, restaurants, cafés, a promenade for cycling and jogging all along the seafront with beach access points.
