A 1 bedroom apartment with partial view over the river, located in the heart of the city and near the coast line, is just 7 minutes awya from the beaches and 5 minutes from the historic area of the city where you can find the beautiful Livramento market. It's located in the gastronomic area of the city where the main restaurants and bars are located, so it is expected some activity both during the day and at night, especially in the summer. The apartment is new, comfortable and with excellent natural lighting, it offers all the necessary conditions for a comfortable stay, such as a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, Netflix, among others.

Near the coastal area just 700m away from the first beach, located in the gastronomic area of the city where are the main restaurants and bars where you can find the river across the street. Parking in front of the building but paid, and you can travel from Lisbon to Setúbal by train or other public transport.
