This is an independent private T1 Apartment. Clients will have the whole apartment privately. The apartment has one room, one living room with kitchen, one bathroom complete and one balcony. Total area is more than 50m2. A seasonal swimming pool is on the roof with fantastic view of the Atlantic ocean view. The swimming pool open from June to September and close in other times. Our apartment number is on 2 floor. Facing to the sul-west atlantic ocean and it locates in the first line of Beach in Costa da Caparica of Portugal. It takes only 2 Minutes by walk to the beach. 5 minutes to the center of the town where supermarket are located. Many fish and seafood Restaurants are nearby. It is wonderful place for healthy, sportful holidays by walking along beach, windsurfing, biking. On the top of the building, there is also one big seasonal cafe bar. It is also very near to Lisbon. Around 15m by Car.

I like to travel around too. I like to know new people and learn new culture. I have been in many places. I speake English Portugeese and German.

Our building is designated to tourists. You will always have different neighbourhood. This building is few of costa Caparica that has swimming pool. In summer, a lot entertainment events are happened here. You can easily take your breakfast in so many cafe bars around. You can walk a long time along the beach line to see all the beaches. Costa da Caparica is basically a long stretch of sandy, clean beaches to suit all types of beachgoer. It's considered a surfers paradise. Windsurfing is also taught / practised here.
