We are a hospitality loving family and team of professionals who love to receive people and create some hospitality magic on each step of the way. Our house, slightly strange and unfitting to the surroundings, was for years standing empty in the middle of the village, until one day we decided to give it a chance. It is not a hotel and it is far from perfect, but through years of hard work, dedication and a lot of recycling and repurposing (right through all that pandemic era) we turned this place into something special. Our beautiful minimalist but exquisite rooms, whole-hearted service, healthy breakfast and genuine love for hospitality are the pillars we stand on. We strive to create harmony with nature and the local community through sustainable practices and synergies. Azenhas do Mar is a beautiful little village by the Atlantic Ocean, just about a 40 minute drive from Lisbon and 10 min drive from Sintra. Its cliff-hanging houses are a popular postcard image for Portugal. And its beautiful natural ocean pool is a true gem not to be missed.
