I will personally receive you near the apartment, and will be available during most hours of the day, as well as night, to provide any needed guidance, tips and troubleshooting. Did you know that... ➤ Costa Nova is over 210 years old! ➤ Costa Nova's 'Palheiro's were built to house fishermen working in this region so that they would not have to travel a long distance to go back home. ➤ Captain Pisco's Palheiro was built back in 1934, making it 85 years old! However, since Palheiros originally did not have proper housing conditions for modern lifestyle, it received some renovations in 1951, as well as some other construction work to be up to standard to every need you may have. ➤ One of the most prominent portuguese writers of all time, Eça de Queirós, left his mark on this region, leaving a plaque with a writing that states: "... And I consider Costa Nova one of the most delicious points in the globe, it's true that we were there in great joy, and in the excellent Palheiro belonging to José Estevão." You will find that the neighborhood is quite peaceful, safe, quiet and pleasant to walk around in, especially when the ocean is quite close by. Did you know the air from the ocean is therapeutic and healing? There is a bus station exacly in front of the house, half a minute walk if you wish to travel somewhere farther away. Parking is also quite stress-free as there are plenty of empty spots for you to leave your vehicle in. Everything necessary is within practical and safe walking distance. The entire apartment is open for you to enjoy, including the indoors patio and its grill! 😃 The only aspect to pay attention to is that there might be people residing in the separate apartment above, so I would appreciate it very much if noise was kept down a little past 10 P.M.
