Spacious 4-bedroom villa near the famous Pinhal golf course and at just 20 minutes’ walk away from the marina and the beaches. It has all the comforts of a family home, Wi-Fi, pool table, air conditioning throughout, a proportional pool, garden, plenty of outdoor furniture and a nice charcoal barbecue. The only room of the ground floor has a double bed and is en-suite. The bedroom has air conditioning and the bathroom has a shower. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed that shares a terrace and a bathroom with another bedroom with 2 single beds. The bathroom that serves these 2 bedrooms has a shower and the terrace overlooks the swimming pool and garden. The third bedroom has two single beds and a private bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms have air conditioning. The kitchen is spacious and is equipped with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware. The living room is decorated as a family home and has ample interior space for up to 10 adults.
