Casa da Avó Isaura is a charming single-story home, fully renovated in 2018 and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Ideally located in the heart of the village, it is just a 5-minute walk from some of the most beautiful and well-known beaches, as well as all essential amenities. One of the great advantages of staying here is the convenience—once you park your car, you won’t need it for the rest of your stay! Within a short walking distance, you'll find supermarkets, a local market, a butcher, hair salons, beauty centers, excellent restaurants, bars, a nightclub, and lovely cafés with outdoor seating, where you can enjoy the famous local pastries—especially the delicious ouriços. Our house is set in a charming square, with a small chapel at its center, and is very close to the Santa Marta Park, a peaceful and beautiful green area. The park features a gym, SPA, swimming pool, tennis and padel courts, mini-golf, a small skating area, an excellent restaurant with a stunning sea view, a café with a terrace, and a playground for children. With its prime location, comfort, and peaceful surroundings, our home is the perfect getaway for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday. We look forward to welcoming you soon!

- Please note that check in after 8 pm has an extra cost of 40 EUR

- Please note that cleaning service is not available (short stays). Cleaning service is provided before arrival and after departure

- For stays longer than 2 weeks (long stays) cleaning will be carried out fortnightly, which will be an additional cost to be paid at the time (€45 per cleaning)

- The house has no capacity for extra beds, so its maximum capacity will be 4 pax (including children).

- A tourist tax of 1,20 EUR per person (during the low season from November to April) and 2,30 EUR per person will be additionally charged according to the legislation in force and approved by the Municipality of Mafra from 2019 onwards (during the high season from May to October), per night and which must be paid on the check-in date. This fee is charged to all guests aged 13 and over and is limited to a 7 night stay per person

- According to the legislation in force in Portugal (and in other countries of the European Union) it is mandatory to communicate accommodation to the SEF – Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras, a way to allow the control of all foreign citizens in national territory, being mandatory this communication within 3 days of your arrival. Therefore, it will be necessary to obtain the following information from all foreign citizens (including children), Full Name, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Nationality, Place of Residence, Country of Residence, Document number (ID or passport) and country document issuer. We warn that without this information it will not be possible for us by law to accommodate any foreign guest. The communication to the SEF will be made electronically on the SEF portal, by the owner of the accommodation.
