Casa do Barão is located in the sophisticated district of Chiado in the centre of Lisbon. This bed and breakfast is set on an 18th century building that was completely refurbished in 2014. Lift and free WiFi is available. Featuring a contemporary décor, each elegant room include a private bathroom, flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning, wardrobe and a desk. Some rooms feature balconies with views for the garden and the street. A continental breakfast is served every morning and guests may enjoy it outdoors, in the lush private garden of the property. In addition guests can visit the variety of restaurants in the surrounding areas of Bairro Alto, Chiado and Liberdade Avenue, all within a 10-minute walk. Casa do Barão offers to its guests, elegant shared areas including a lounge and a library with comfortable sofas and armchairs. Services provided include shuttle service for a surcharge, laundry and daily maid. The famous Tram 28 stops 80 metres away and offers guests the opportunity to tour around Lisbon’s most charismatic streets. The Baixa/Chiado Metro Station is a 3-minute walk and the Cais do Sodré transport hub is 450 metres away, connecting guests to Belém, Estoril and Cascais. Lisbon Portela Airport is 7 km away. Appart from the experiene of staying in a Hotel renovated and decorated with our family things, our aim is to give you the best recommendation in Lisbon. We take pride in our work and we are responsive to any of our guests needs. Since we are local, we want to help you feel local too.
