Property information
Formerly a stately home dating from the sixteenth century, it was acquired by the House of Bragança in 1602 as the first home of the Jesuit order in the town.
The present owners (the Portas family) invite you to enjoy modern comfort in a classic and distinguished atmosphere.
The house has magnificent views of the garden and the old town - castle walls, church spires, and the heights of the duke’s mausoleum can be seen from the upper floor.
