Ferragudo is a fishing village that has always been closely linked to the river and the sea. Today, although it maintains the same connection to the sea, its economic activity is linked to tourism. In addition to the town, it has other urban agglomerations that are expanding, including Aldeia de Luis Francisco, Vale de Azinhaga, Corgos, Gramacho, Presa de Moura and Vale de Lapa. Throughout its territorial area, it has a vast stretch of river and sea, including its picturesque and beautiful fishing pier, as well as a small area of sea coastline with the following beaches: Angrinha, Praia Grande, Infanta, Molhe, Pintadinho, Joao Lopes, Caneiros, Afurada and Torrados; as well as other natural beauties such as Ponta do Altar, cliffs, caves, algares and leixoes. Ferragudo is often described as a postcard village, with typical white houses on a hillside on the banks of the River Arade. And the boats on the river complete the picture. The picturesque village of Ferragudo preserves its traditional architecture and you need to walk around the historic center to get a feel for the town. That said, this beautiful property is located right in the center of the village, close to restaurants, grocery stores, a wine and regional products store and a pharmacy. It consists of three floors: on the second floor there are stairs leading to the second floor, where you'll find two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a small balcony and a living room. On the third floor you'll find the open terrace, with furniture so you can enjoy a drink and some snacks at the end of a day on one of the area's wonderful beaches.
