From the outside, this house looks like a charming, traditional fisherman's cottage. But behind the façade lies one of Praia da Rocha's best-kept secrets: an unexpectedly spacious, serene, and completely walled rear garden with several terraces, a sunny garden with fruit trees, plenty of privacy, and a private swimming pool. Lively at the front, an oasis of calm at the back—this contrast makes the place unique. Inside, you will find a bright, spacious living room with an open dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The house has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated very recently, making everything feel fresh, comfortable, and atmospheric. There is also a washing machine and converters for heating and cooling in all rooms, as well as fast WiFi and a large LCD TV with Dutch and Flemish TV channels. The holiday home has three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. On the first floor, there is a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols—the perfect place for quiet mornings or long summer evenings. In the garden behind the house, you have your own enclosed garden, like a private retreat. Important note: Due to the original character of the house, the different levels, stairs, and steps inside and outside, it is less suitable for young children and for people with limited mobility.
