Enjoy and Relax in this beautiful Penthouse, the Casa Ulli, with the Atlantic Ocean and the Ilhas Desertas in front of you. The Penthouse is located in Caniço de Baixo, a small village 15 km West of Funchal, the local capital of Madeira island. The Casa Ulli has an area of 200 m², with 30 m² of Terrace overlooking Canico de Baixo. This spacious apartment is ideal for up to 5 people, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining and sitting area leading to the terrace. The terrace is equipped with a jacuzzi, a portable (gas) and built in barbeque, and great seating areas. It is non-smoking, and ideal place to start ones holiday. The Condominio is located at the end of a small road so there is no traffic noice. Please do not make loud parties, just enjoy the beautiful landscape, after an exhausing levada walk dive into the warm jacuzzi and relax, or prepare a tasteous steak on the gas grill , you will live among nice and friendly locals The shops of Canico de Baixo as well as the Promenade are at a walking distance. There is a bus heading to Funchal close by, even though I would suggest you have a rental car.
