Additionally, we offer to identify first-rate properties for foreign investors wanting to buy property in Portugal, either for own use or to realise a return through the holiday rental market. This lovely centrally located apartment with fabulous balcony offers a sunny place to sit out and relax, enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner in a lined street in the old town of Cascais. Bathrooms and kitchens have just been renovated and it has been refurnished to a high standard. Three minutes to all local amenities including the marina, beach, Cascais train station and the local square. The apartment is decorated with a classic yet simple style. It is a 200m walk to the nearest shops, and restaurants are plentiful within 150m. The local square, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, snacks, sunset drinks or dinner as well as a variety of boutique shops, art gallery, hairdresser, etc. is just a 5 minute walk. The private condominium has its own private swimming pool, or the beach is less than 10 minutes, walking. A car is not needed unless you want to travel beyond Cascais, for which there is the train into Lisbon, and buses to Sintra. Several bus routes stop within a block of the apartment, and further routes stop within 200-300m. The circuit bus around Cascais stops just outside of the apartment, and the bus will drop you at the Cascais train station. The train into Lisbon runs regularly all day along the coastline, a beautiful experience. At the station you can also pick up a rental bike.
