Welcome to our countryside villa—a calm, sunny place to rest, recharge, and take things slow. It sits on a quiet hillside, surrounded by fields, flowers, birdsong, and the soft sounds of nature. Our villa is a bright, modern space with beautiful views in every direction—and we’re happy to share it with you. • Ground Floor – 60 m² open-plan living and dining room with majestic countryside views, a 75” smart TV, and a cozy fireplace. – The spacious master bedroom features a luxurious 1.6m × 2m memory foam bed and an ensuite with a hot-water shower. – A second bedroom includes a work desk and a sofa bed that converts into a 1.6m × 2m bed. – There’s also a guest restroom with a washing machine. – The fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto a 40 m² panoramic terrace. – Step outside to the terrace to find a dining table, outdoor sofa set, BBQ grill, and a lush 50 m² hydrangea garden—absolutely breathtaking when in bloom during summer. • Second Floor – A large 30 m² bedroom with two 1.4m × 2m double beds and a sofa—ideal for families or groups. – Another bedroom features a 1.6m × 2m double bed and the very best view in the house. – The luxurious bathroom includes a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a second washing machine. – The 30 m² upstairs terrace offers even broader views and is equipped with sun chairs and a coffee set—perfect for sunrise coffee or sunset wine. In summer, both terraces are shaded with large parasols to keep you cool and comfortable. • Lower Floor (Garage Level) This level houses a private garage that is not accessible to guests. About the view From the terrace, we often pause to take in the view—watching the sun rise gently over the Arrábida mountains, painting the fields in soft golden light. To the west, we can see the Costa da Caparica coastline, where the sun sets each evening as the sky fades from pink ,orange,to deep blue. On clear days, we can also spot Lisbon’s skyline in the distance.

Despite its tranquil setting, our house is just an 8-minute drive from Sesimbra’s famous California Beach. Supermarkets and restaurants are only 5 minutes away by car, and the nearest convenience store is a short 6-minute walk—making it easy to enjoy both peace and practicality. Lisbon is also within reach, about a 40-minute drive away.
