Warm, functional apartment with bright rooms, simple modern touches, and two glazed balconies. The living room is the hub: comfy sofa-bed, TV, dining table, and a balcony nook for morning coffee. The kitchen keeps its retro tiles but is fully updated—fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso—and opens to a second glazed balcony with the washing machine and natural light. Bedrooms: main with king bed (180×200), built-in wardrobe, dresser, and private balcony (can be set as two singles on request); second with two single beds. Compact bathroom with bathtub. Why stay: walk to Praia da Poça, Praia da Azarujinha, and Praia de São João do Estoril; 400 m to the train station for easy trips to Cascais or Lisbon; flexible layout for families, couples, or small groups. Good to know: ground-floor unit but one flight of entrance stairs; no AC (3 portable fans provided); one shared bathroom; paid street parking, subject to availability. ￫ Self-catered: basic first-day items (toiletries, toilet paper, etc.) only; no refills. ￫ Bed & bath linen provided per number of guests; for stays over 7 nights, an extra set is given at check-in. ￫ Cleaning fee covers check-out only; extra cleaning/linens require 24h notice and a fee. ￫ Check-in 15:00–22:00 (EUR25 after 22:00). In minutes by train you can reach Cascais old town for boutiques, the marina, and cultural stops like parks and small museums; in Estoril, Tamariz Beach and the gardens by Casino Estoril add a classic resort feel. A little farther along the coast you’ll find dramatic viewpoints and surf-friendly shores, while Lisbon is an easy day trip. Eating well is effortless: the area is known for grilled fish and seafood, casual “tascas,” pastry shops, gelato stands, and relaxed wine bars. Prefer to cook? Supermarkets, bakeries, and weekly markets nearby make stocking up simple. Getting around is straightforward: the São João do Estoril train station connects you quickly to Cascais (just a couple of stops) and to Lisbon along the coastal line. Buses and rideshares are readily available, and the Marginal road makes coastal drives easy if you bring a car.
